I read that article talking about using ICE as a middleware for a MMOG:

ZeroC - Massively Multiplayer Middleware

But where this project go? ICE wasn't suitable for the game needs? There is any similar projects, using ICE to build a MMOG?

thanks

Sorry to tell you that, the wish project and that company had been closed,in 2004 or 2005.
To my knowledge, there are some MMO web games using ICE and of course, running quite
well.I think ICE is outstanding and I trust in it.

The game Second Chance Heroes (Second Chance Heroes on Steam) uses Ice for communication between its multiplayer servers and game clients, as well as the majority of its backend infrastructure.

    Cheers,
