ICE-2.0.0.zip doesn't have /bin and /lib directories.

bin and lib directories seem to be missing from the source zip file. When you attempt a compile, slice2cpp.exe etc. aren't copied to /bin, and the custom build steps for the subsequent projects fail.

    Hi,

    I just checked the contents of the archive Ice-2.0.0.zip, and I see the bin and lib directories. When I extract it, the directories are created as expected.

    What program are you using to extract the archive?

    I used winzip. Actually, the mistake was mine. I extracted all the *listed* files. Winzip doesn't list empty folders!

    Sorry for the false report. You could put in a dummy file into the empty folders just in case someone else makes the same mistake.
