Multiplataform project files with qmake/tmake

Hi Zeroc team qt develop a tool that's is capable of manage project files
in a non plataform depend way I use it suscefuly for manajament my Ice proyects in Windows and linux with noo needed of rewrite project files

the lis of suporter compilers is more that the normal requiremenents and it can be personalized via perl scripts

I think that can be useful to use a tool like this to manajament project files
instead of need to write a diferent project file for each new plataform or C++ compiler

Thanks for the suggestion, but we don't want to make Ice dependent on third-party build tools that are not part of the operating system or compiler.
