Small Patch to Support gcc on Solaris
Hi,
Here is a small patch to enable builds with gcc on Solaris. There also seemed to be a missing lib dependency in the IcePack makefile. Please look over carefully before applying. I have not performed extensive testing, though the demo Ice programs appear to work correctly.
