Commercial License Question
If we were to enter into a commercial license for ICE, what happens if, heaven forbid 
, you guys were to go out of business?
Naturally, the GPL would allow open source clients to continue to use ICE, but what happens to those customers with commercial licenses?
Would they continue to have the right to commercially distribute their compiled application(s)? Is there some other method of protection in the commercial license?

Our commercial license agreements have a clause that would allow you to continue to use Ice in this case. For further information about commercial licensing, please contact us at sales@zeroc.com.0
