ICE and Windows Firewall

My ICE server is a part of a distributed computation, and is automatically downloaded and started on my host. It opens a port on the host, then registers itself on a name service.

Unfortunately the Windows Firewall stops this program and ask me a permission to enable this server for opening a new port on the host. My question is how to configure the ICE or the Windows Firewall to enable the start of this server for the first time.

It is not a solution to switch off the Windows Firewall, and must be work when the ICE-based server starts at the first time. :)
