CertificateVerificationException when "make test" after make Ice 3.0.0?

After I make Ice3.0.0, through "make test" test it.
throw exception "CertificateVerificationException",why this phenomenon happened, and how to fix it?

    The cerificates included with the Ice 3.0.0 distribution expired. See [thread=1981]this thread[/thread] for new certificates.
