report error

when i close my programm ,it reports an error
unhandled exception in xx.exe(ICE30D.DLL):0xc0000005:Access Violation.

before my programm dialog based is no error
now i change it into single document and it reports an error.
may you help me?

From the information you have provided its impossible to tell what the problem is. Most likely you are forgetting to destroy the communicator. If that is not the problem, then we need much more information such as a stack trace of the error location. A complete self-contained demo that shows the problem would be a good second choice.
