Use ICE in vs.net 2005 form application

I want to use ICE in csharp "form" application. could you give me some sample code???

I find some samples in democs directory, but all for console application. I tried to transfer Hello int to form application one whole day, but failed.

Could you give me some sample code in vs.net cs form application???
