Is LNK4089: all references to "KERNEL32.dll" a matter?

I complied the src by VC60
Win32 Release passed but I meet 13 warnings, all is the type LINK : warning LNK4089: all references to "KERNEL32.dll" discarded by /OPT:REF

this warning is not a matter, is it?

    No, this is normal and expected.

    Please fix the organization and project names in your profile. The project should reflect what you are using Ice for, not which ZeroC product you are using.
