slice2html missing

I cannot find the slice2html command.
Is it supposed to be in my distribution?
Note that I do see slice2docbook.

I installed Ice 3.2.0 for Visual Studio 2005, (Ice-3.2.0-VC80.msi) Revision Number {4109F3F6-AD94-475E-AF7B-5667B0F4B774}.
