Ice 3.2.1 released

ZeroC, Inc. is pleased to announce the availability of the Internet Communications Engine (Ice), version 3.2.1.

This release includes several new and revised sample programs, as well as a new chapter in the manual that discusses object life cycle. Furthermore, Ice 3.2.1 offers many improvements and incorporates all of the patches posted since Ice 3.2.0. For complete details, please refer to the release notes.

As a patch release, Ice 3.2.1 maintains binary compatibility with 3.2.0, and we recommend that users upgrade to the latest release as soon as possible. Upgrade instructions are provided in the release notes.

In addition to traditional proprietary licensing models for commercial customers, Ice is also freely available as Open Source under the terms of the GNU General Public License (GPL). You can download binary distributions for supported platforms, the complete Ice source code, and documentation from http://www.zeroc.com/download.html.
