Things missed in v3.3.0: IceUtil::MD5 generatecs.exe

Hi,

When upgrading from ICE 3.2.1 to 3.3.0, my code can not compile since the IceUtil::MD5 class is not there in the package. Also the $(ice)/bin/generatecs.exe tool is missed... :confused:

Any suggestions?

    Both of these things were internal to Ice and not supposed to be used by user code. If you need them, I suggest that you take them from an earlier distribution of Ice and incorporate it directly in your project.
