Patch to build against Berkeley DB 4.7
In Berkeley DB 4.7, they've changed the way that you set flags. The attached patch is necessary to build Ice against this version of db4.
FYI: In Fedora world, this new version is coming in Fedora 10; I don't know when it'll show up in other distros.
