Because issue 28http://www.zeroc.com/newsletter/issue28.pdf page 5 said that
"C++ servants can now derive from IceUtil::Thread."
Faq:Why can’t my C++ servant class derive from IceUtil::Thread? http://www.zeroc.com/faq/servantClassDerivingFromThreadClass.html should be modified!
