some fault when i compile ice source by vs2008?

dear sir:
i downland the Ice-3.3.1 for windows, i go to the directory Ice-3.3.1/cpp

i use the vs2008 's nmake command to compile it

have under wrong:

NMAKE: fatal error U1077: 'rc':return code '0x01'
..............................................................

how can i compile it? :mad:

    It looks like the resource compiler (rc.exe) isn't in your PATH. Are you building in a VC2008 command shell?

    yes, but i search under the directory Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0
    it hasn't the pe file "rc.exe"
