New screencasts: Ice Visual Studio Extension and IceGrid Demo

Matthew Newhook has recorded two new screencasts. The first demonstrates our newly-released Ice Visual Studio Extension, and the second shows how to build the Ice for Java sample programs on Windows and run one of the IceGrid applications.
