How to use ice within dll's program?

Dear sir,
Is the ICE program used in DLL? If it can be used in DLL,how to realize it?

    The Ice runtime is itself a DLL, and it can also be linked into a DLL. For an example of linking Ice into a DLL check the icebox demo in demo/IceBox/hello. If this doesn't answer your question, please provide some more information on exactly what you want.
