Failure To compile ICE as STATICLIBS=yes

Hi

I tried to compile ICE (v3.6.1 on windows with VS 2013) with:
nmake /f makefile.mak STATICLIBS=yes

But it fails. How it should be done?

    Hi,

    I'm afraid that building Ice as a static library in Windows is currently not supported. STATICLIBS is an internal setting.
