The Ice 3.7.4 Setup Wizard ended prematurely

I'm getting this error running the Ice-3.7.4.msi file. I'm migrating my app from 3.7.0 to 3.7.4. I've uninstalled 3.7.0.

Please see attached log file. Any ideas?

I looked at the log but is not totally clear why it failed, seems it can be a permissions issue or a problem with one of the scripts run by the installer, did you check the "Add bin directory to the system PATH environment variable" option? can you try without it?

A debug log of the installation can provide some extra info, try installing from the command line using the following command and attach the new log here.

start /wait Ice-3.7.4.msi  /lxv install.log
