So Long, and Thanks for All the Fish
After an exciting seven years at ZeroC, I decided that it is time for me to move on to new things, so I want to say good-bye to you all.
I'm proud of what we achieved over that time. In many ways, Ice is the result of a team effort that includes you: your contributions, feedback, and suggestions over the years have helped to make Ice the world's best middleware technology--middleware so good that competing attempts don't even get a look in, with customer support unparalleled in the industry, first-rate documentation, and scalability and performance that leaves everything else for dead.
Thank you for all the exciting times and helping to shape the future of distributed computing!
Cheers,
Michi.
