How to config one ICE storm collect the other storm?

There is one way to config a Ice storm instance as central storm ,and the other Ice storms replicate messages to it?

eg:
Ice storm instance A: 192.168.0.1
Ice storm instance B: 192.168.0.2
Ice storm instance C: 192.168.0.3
Ice storm instance 192.168.0.4

The central Ice storm :Z 192.168.0.250

publish1=====>A=======>Z
publish2=====>A =======>Z
....
publish100====>B=======>Z
publish101====>B=======>Z

...

You can use topic links, or you can do it with some small utility which gets the publisher proxy for one IceStorm and calls subscribe on the other IceStorm topic with that proxy. If you do it manually, be careful not to create loops in the topology.
