behaviour: tow icegridnode with the same node id

I see that when tow icegridnode start with the same node id the second one run correctly but don't start the relative icebox with service.
It's right behaviour because on an ice application an icegrid node mast be unique.

Can I use that behaviour as a fail-over mechanism?
