When I run the simple demo,there are exceptions like this: Ice.NoEndpointException
proxy = "Hello -t @ Hello-IceBox1.Hello"

    It sounds like the IceBox server can't be started by the IcePack node. It's difficult to say why it's failing to start without more information. You should have some tracing information printed in the terminal where you have started the icepacknode process. Could you send us this information?
