    Hi Adonis,

Using wikipedia as reference, I would suggest:

"Ice Manual". ZeroC, Inc. Retrieved <date>.

    or

"The Internet Communications Engine". ZeroC, Inc. Retrieved <date>.

(depending on whether you want to refer to the software or its documentation).

    Best regards,
    Bernard

In my academic papers, I've always cited this paper when referring to Ice:
    http://dx.doi.org/10.1109/MIC.2004.1260706

It has the advantage of being a published journal article rather than a website, although of course (being from 2004) it's kind of out of date -- maybe I should start referring to the website too if I have space.
