Ice Touch 1.2 update for Xcode 4.3

We have posted a new Ice Touch installer for use with Xcode 4.3. No changes have been made to the code, this is simply a rebuild with the latest version of Xcode, plus some minor packaging changes. Specifically, the Ice Touch sample programs are no longer included in the installer because Xcode 4.3 has eliminated the /Developer directory. As a result, the sample programs are now available as a separate download.
