Broken XML export in IceGrid Admin

When I open my application in IceGrid Admin GUI and select File > Save to file, I get an empty file in Ice 3.5 where previous versions produced the full XML description of the application.

No error message is reported by IceGrid Admin, which is a bug in itself. IceGrid Admin just silently produces empty file.
