Is there any chance of getting the Sample Programs commented ?

Hi,

I am new to Ice and in the stages of experimenting with it for home projects in python.

The doc pages have been very useful however when looking through the Sample Programs found here ZeroC - Download, I am finding the lack of comments to be very frustrating.

Is it possible to get these commented to help newbies like me?

Hi,

Did you go through the "book" examples from the book directory in the various language mapping demo directories? They should provide a good starting point with the instructions of the Ice manual (in each of the language mappings chapter, Example of a File System Client in C++ and Example of a File System Server in C++ for example).
