IceGrid Node restart reenables all disabled servers
Apparently the disabled server setting in IceGrid is transient only. Node restart reenables all previously disabled servers. Since such node restarts occur randomly due to power outages and host maintenance, one can never be sure when such disabled IceGrid server gets unexpectedly reenabled, which can wreak havoc into the whole network.
Workaround involves removal of the server from IceGrid configuration, but that means all the various test and utility servers have to be reconfigured every time they are readded to the configuration, which is unacceptable.
