replica group load balancing

I've set up a replica group with a load balancing type of Random and written a couple of test clients that connect to this group through Glacier2, but replica group load balancing doesn't work well.
when clients invokes on an indirect proxy from a replica group through Glacier2 , it is always send requests to the same server.
