Building 64-bit version of Ice 3.3.0 with Visual Studio 2010 EE

The compatibility page of Ice 3.3.0 does not list x64 as an option for any of the Visual Studio versions. Are there any known issues which makes it impossible to do so or is it not listed simply because at the time no efforts were made to build x64 versions of the product?

    Oops, I missed Visual Studio 2008.
