SharedImplicitContext vs PerThreadImplicitContext

Could you describe basic use cases for SharedImplicitContext and PerThreadImplicitContext?
I plan to initialize implicit context at start of the IceGrid service (IceBox.Service.start(...)).

Most application will use shared implicit context. Per thread implicit context can be useful in very specific use-case where some context associated with each thread needs to be transferred through the context (transaction IDs for example).
