EventLoggerMsg.h no such file directory

Hello i trying to build Ice-1.5.1 for windows with V estudio .net 7.1.3088 and in Ice proyect i ecountred the following error

can't not open <Ice/EventLogerMsg.h> no such file directory

i cant find this file in the ice-1.5.1 sources. any ideas?

    The Windows binary distributions were build using the source distributions, so this error is very surprising! For VC 7.1, we also used version 7.1.3088.

    EventLoggerMsg.h is generated by a custom build step on EventLoggerMsg.mc (in the Ice "Resource Files"). Maybe this step fails?

    I found the error is of My VisualStudio path tools can't not find MC.exe comand i changue the path to correct point and all success OK
