Patch #2 for slice2cs, release 1.5.1

Attached is patch #2 for release 1.5.1 of Icicle. It fixes a problem in the slice2cs code generator for dictionaries whose value type is a sequence that is mapped to an array. This patch will be included in the next release, of course.
