Ice 3.2b documentation inaccuracies

Section 38.4.3 (page 1134) still refers to IceGrid.Registry.Admin.Endpoints which AFAIK is no longer available. Instead I assume there should be something like this:

IceGrid.Registry.AdminPermissionsVerifier=IceGrid/NullPermissionsVerifier
