Why can't i find support for c# in Ice-3.2.0-VC71.msi ?

I can find support for c# in Ice-3.2.0-VC80.msi, but i can't find support for c# in Ice-3.2.0-VC71.msi , why?

  We no longer support Ice for C# with Visual Studio .NET 2003. See the list of supported platforms/compilers for Ice for C# here.
