3.5b: ThirdParty-Sources-3.5b.tar.gz doesn't extract into new subdir

Hello,

When unpacking ThirdParty-Sources-3.5b.tar.gz it doesn't make new subdirectory and drop the files in it, unlike previous tarballs, e.g. ThirdParty-Sources-3.4.2.tar.gz. It's a small tar bomb ;)
