Glacier2 Crash : can't accept more connections

Consider Connection Flood Attack, the glacier2 operate normally Is better than crash.

Ice3.6.2, Ubuntu 16.04

    Hi,

    This is something we plan to change in the up coming 3.7.0. In the meantime, you will need to configure the firewall to prevent such flood attacks.
