gpgkey in redhat repo file is incorrect

https://zeroc.com/downloads/ice/3.6#redhat references https://zeroc.com/download/Ice/3.6/el7/zeroc-ice3.6.repo which contains gpgkey=https://zeroc.com/download/GPG-KEY-zeroc-release-53A473EE

This URL doesn't exist, it looks like it should be https://zeroc.com/download/GPG-KEY-zeroc-release-5E6DA83306132997

A workaround is rpm --import https://zeroc.com/download/GPG-KEY-zeroc-release-5E6DA83306132997
