windows unistaller problem

hello i unistall Ice with the unistaler utility in windows control panel

then I Install ice again and when i runig icebox i obtain an error

msvcp70D.dll not found this dll was remove for the Ice unistaller with out asking me i don't understand why. is this a bug of Ice unistaller or is a general windows problem?

Can any body help me to restore this dll?

    I mistake the ice Installer I dowload installer for V net 7.0 and i using V net 7.1 this is the only reason. there aren't any problem with the unistaller
