Why not the Ice-1.5.1.zip include"iced.lib" file, How can I to get it?

    Sorry, we don't have pre-compiled binaries for Visual C++ 6.0. You have to download and compile the source version. Please see the file INSTALL.WINDOWS (included in the source distribution) for details. In particular, make sure that you installed STLport properly and use it with Visual C++ 6.0, because the STL library that is included in Visual C++ 6.0 is broken.
