ice api doc generated with doxygen

When use ice, I need a api document for reference. So I modify some words of ice slice file, make it be more seem as c++,and generate api doc with DoxyGen. I revise the generated file manually remove the c++ words.

Maybe this api doc is useful for all Ice users.

    Why not use slice2docbook? That's how we generate the reference section of the Ice manual.

    I am used to Doxygen style. It can generage UML Diagram and inline source.
